Family Party

Every year my dad's side of the family go to Bear Lake for a family reunion. Well this year we didn't go because of my parents accident. Those that did go decided that after being up at Bear Lake they would come back and visit with our family. We enjoyed seeing aunts, uncles and cousins that we haven't seen in a long time. Bryson and Saedree were able to play with cousins they have never met before. There are no pictures of Bryson because I could never get him to sit in the same place long enough. But here are some of the girls.

We captured these pictures while at a family party... AMAZING!!!!

Entertainment in the Park

After the Children's Parade we headed over to the park where they had a bunch of different things going on. They had things like rock climbing, bungee jumping, fish rodeo, singers and dancers, a craft fair and a bunch of vendors. It was really really hot so we didn't stay too long.

Spanish Fork Rodeo

For family night this last Monday we decided to take the kids to the Rodeo in Spanish Fork. This is the first time we have been to this rodeo and were a little afraid that it would compare to the one in Pleasant Grove. Well to our surprise it was BETTER. This kids had a great time and Annistyn loved the cows.

Children's Parade

Spanish Fork is having their " Fiesta Days" this week and to start it all off they have a children's parade. Our ward primary was asked to participate. The kids were really excited and looked so cute. The theme for us was Cowboys/Cowgirls and animals. We looked so cute that the judges asked our primary to be in the bigger parade on the 24th. The kids are really looking forward to it. Here are a few pictures of Bryson and Saedree getting ready to go.

I just have to share some of the greatest news in all of history. Anni is POTTY TRAINED HOOORRRAAAYYY! She has done so great and we are so proud of her. I'm even more happy that I don't have to buy those stupid diapers anymore.

New Pool at Grandma and Grandpa's House!

My family is starting a new tradition. We have decided that every year around the 4th of July we are going to have a family camp out at my moms. We set up a tent, bring out the projector to watch a movie, and light up the fire pit to roast marshmallows. We all sleep outside together and just have a blast. This year my dad bought a 3ft pool for the kids to play in. It was great and the kids are always asking to go back and swim. It was fun to spend time as a family.

4th of July Parade

Here are a couple of pictures of the kids at the Parade. We sat with Stacy and her friends. It was a great spot in the shade. The morning was overcast which made for a very pleasant day at the Parade.

Swim Swim Swim

My mom, Tauni and I took the kids to the pool after the balloon launch. It was a very hot day and it was very refreshing to cool off. Anni couln't stop smiling after we left. She was fearless in the water which was really scary. Needless to say we will be spending a lot of time at the pool this year.

Hot Air Balloons

On the 3rd of July I took the kids down to see the hot air balloons launch from the park. John worked the night before so he met us there since it was right across the street from the hospital. Saedree and Bryson had a great time, Anni cried her head off because she didn't like the sound of the fire that inflated the balloons. It was a beautiful morning and a perfect day for such an activity. While we were down there we ran into my Aunt and Uncle and their family. It was so great to see them and their cute family. We love you guys sooo much. We also got to spend some time with our greatest friends Brandon and Stacy, Thanks guys for waking up at 5am to experience the balloons with us. =)

Concert

My little sister Tauni and I had the chance to go the Joe Nichols, Collin Raye, and Josh Gracin concert at the new UVU Baseball Park. We had sooo much fun and the Concert was amazing. We had fun hanging out with just the two of us ... even though it was so stinking hot. Thanks for a fun time Tauni

Hot Summer Days!

The other day we decided that we would bust out the little pool for the kids. We played their "High School Musical 2" cd while they played in the pool. Anni was using the sprayer to sing into and Saedree was just dancing her heart out. We had a fun day just hanging out.
